A kitchen created from scratch
We wanted a spacious, welcoming kitchen. We had the room, so we created this 32 m² space from scratch. We cook a lot and often have guests. It has become the heart of our home on the ground floor.
Neither too modern nor too rustic.
It mattered to us that the kitchen suited the house. We were looking for timeless elegance. We chose Nobilia’s Cascada model, with integrated lighting.

We chose a Cosentino Dekton worktop for the large island. At one end, four people can sit on stools to eat. It is also a place to gather while someone cooks.
Yes, two dishwashers.
For the way we live and entertain, we chose two dishwashers. Our appliances are Siemens: a steam oven, microwave, large fridge and large freezer complete the setup. Our range cooker is a gas Falcon Elise.
Simple finishing touches
The sinks and taps are Luisina. We chose standard white paint for the walls and small white 10 × 10 cm zellige-style tiles for the splashbacks.
For the floor, we chose Gerflor vinyl in the GITA design. We had some doubts initially, but we are now very happy with our choice.
A room we love spending time in
This kitchen is our family space. We cook here, welcome guests and sit at the end of the island. We simply feel at home here.
