Contact form and photos
Your name, email, phone number, department and message are used to answer your enquiry and, for a building project, prepare pre-contract discussions. These fields are required to submit the form. Photos are optional and used only to understand your project. Avoid sending sensitive documents or photos of people without their agreement.
Responding to general enquiries relies on the legitimate interest in managing correspondence. Quotation requests rely on pre-contract measures requested by the individual. Newsletter subscriptions rely on separate consent, which may be withdrawn by email at any time.
Recipients and external services
Messages and photos are intended for Franck Auchet. FormSubmit forwards them to his Hotmail mailbox provided by Microsoft. These services may process data outside the European Union under their own policies. Instagram and Elfsight content loads only after your acceptance choice. WhatsApp, Patreon and TPOP links lead to external services governed by their own rules.
Retention and rights
Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for a maximum of three years after the last exchange. Photos are kept while the enquiry is handled, then deleted no later than one year after closure, unless needed for a contract or dispute. Contract and accounting records follow their statutory retention periods. Your newsletter address is retained until you unsubscribe. This policy does not automatically delete messages already received in the mailbox.
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and request portability where the legal conditions apply. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies and preferences
Your external-service choice is stored in your browser for six months. Refusing still allows browsing and using the forms; videos remain accessible through external links. You may change your choice using the Cookies button in the footer.
